How do I know if a guest has paid?

Day Guests: All Day Guests pay in full at the time of checkout on the marketplace. Once a reservation hits your partner portal, the guest has paid in full. You never have to worry about collecting payment for any products from any ResortPass guests. 


House Guests: 

Payment GatewayIf your property uses the ResortPass Payment Gateway, then all House Guests will pay in full on the White Label at the time of check-out. This means by the time the reservations hits your system, the house guest has paid.


If your property does not use Payment Gateway, then the hotel is responsible for collecting payment from the House Guest. Please check with your manager on your house guest payment method. If you are unsure which method you use, please email AMTeam@resortpass.com.
