If you would like to reach out to a guest regarding their review, you may do so by reaching out to them by phone. Guest phone numbers are provided in the Partner Portal under the guest's reservation details, as well as in the email confirmation that the hotel receives when the guest initially books.
If you have an issue with the accuracy or intention of a guest review, please navigate to Help & Support in the Partner Portal and click Refunds, Reservations, and Guest Reviews to submit a ticket. A ResortPass customer service representative will reach out to you.
