How do I manage inventory and pricing for certain dates?

You can set specific pricing and inventory for a date range by following the below steps. If you'd like to watch a how-to video, you may do so HERE!


Note: only admin users can access and update pricing and inventory.


1. In the Partner Portal, navigate to Calendar and select the product from the product dropdown




2. For single date changes, click on the date in the calendar and make your updates in the appropriate fields. Choose "Blocked" will shut all sales down for the day for that product. 


3. For bulk date changes, click Bulk edit inventory and pricing at the top of the calendar



4. Select the product you wish to edit

5. Using the calendar dropdown, select the date range

6. Select the days of the week using the checkboxes 

7. If you wish to block these dates, you can do so now by selecting Block Selected Dates. Otherwise, input the total inventory you wish to allocate. Total inventory is the total number of units you wish to sell.




8. Input the pricing you would like for both Day Guests and House Guests, if applicable

9. Add an internal note if you would like, this will not be shown to guests




10. Click Update to save the changes


You can repeat this process for each product in the dropdown. If you wish to update only a single date you can do so by clicking the single date on the calendar and completing the fields in the pop-up for that date. Note that single date changes will override any bulk updates that have been made.
