You can offer your house guests the ability to book 6, 9, or 12 months out from the current date. By default, your account is set to 6 months.
To change the house guest booking window length, go to Settings in the left side bar and select Inventory. Under the Booking Window section, you can change the length for House Guests. When you make a change, you will see a confirmation modal where you can view how the change will affect your account and confirm the change.

Can I change the booking window for day guests?
No, day guests will always have a booking window of 6 months.
Where does the house guest booking window apply?
The house guest booking window applies to guests booking on your white label site and your staff creating new house guest reservations in Partner Portal.
What is the furthest out booking date given the booking window length I chose?
For each house guest window length of 6, 9 or 12 months, we count out those many months from the current date and stop at the day before.
For example, if today is May 26, 2023 then:
6 months out is November 25, 2023
9 months out is February 25, 2024
12 months out is May 25, 2024
If the current day is the first of the month, we pick the last day of the month. For example:
If today is March 1, 2023, then 12 months out is February 29, 2024
If the current day is at the end of the month and the month at the end of the booking window doesn’t have the day before that day, then we pick the end of that month. For example:
If today is August 31, 2023, then 6 months out is February 29, 2024
What happens if I extend the booking window for house guests?
If you extend the booking window for house guests, immediately any staff or house guests will see the additional days as available to book.
If you want to have custom inventory and pricing for the extended booking window, instead of your configured defaults, we recommend that you first create the necessary overrides in the Bulk Update Pricing & Inventory tool and then extend the booking window. This will ensure that any guests booking will see the correct pricing and inventory.
What happens if I shorten the booking window for house guests?
If you shorten the booking window for house guests, immediately any staff or house guests will see the shortened range of dates when booking. Some things to be aware of:
Any reservations already created in the longer booking window will still exist and can be viewed in Partner Portal or the ResortPass Hotel App.
If a reservation needs to be edited and its date is currently outside of your booking window, you will not be able to change the date, but you can add or remove products and make other changes. To change the date, you will need to cancel the reservation and create a new reservation.
