How do I set inventory and pricing for House Guests?

To set your inventory and pricing for your house guest products, you will need to adjust this in your Calendar.


Note: only admin users can access and update pricing and inventory for house guests


Go to Calendar from the left sidebar, or Manage Inventory and Pricing from the top of the screen



To adjust a single date for house guests, select the date you wish to make the change to and input pricing and allocate inventory in the pop-up. Note that single date changes will override any bulk updates that have been made.



To set a date range, select Bulk edit inventory and pricing at the top of the calendar



3. Select the product you wish to edit

4. Using the calendar dropdown, select the date range

5. Select the days of the week using the checkboxes 

6. If you wish to block these dates, you can do so now by selecting Block Selected Dates. Otherwise, input the total inventory you wish to allocate. Total inventory is the total number of units you wish to sell.




7. Input the pricing you would like for House Guests

8. Add an internal note if you would like, this will not be shown to guests



9. Click Update to save the changes


You can repeat this process for each product in the dropdown that is offered to house guests.
