How to cancel a house guest reservation?

All cancellations and changes for House Guests bookings are handled and managed by the hotel.


To cancel a House Guest booking: 

  1. Login to Partner Portal
  2. Navigate to “Reservations” on the left hand side
  3. Find or search for the booking by either guest name, booking ID or reservation date
  4. Click Details on the right
  5. Click “Cancel Reservation” in the House Guest box on the right


If payment has already been secured by ResortPass for the booking, it will be automatically refunded in full. Guests can expect to see the refund within 5-7 business days.


If the date of the reservation is in the past, the hotel will need to send a cancellation request to

concierge@resortpass.com with the Booking ID and our support team will process a refund for the reservation on the hotel’s behalf.


Please note: Hotel staff can only cancel house guest reservations - they cannot cancel day guest reservations. To cancel a day guest reservation, please reach out to concierge@resortpass.com for assistance.
