Most booking changes can be made in the partner portal for house guest bookings.
- Pull up the booking you would like to edit
- Select Edit Reservation
- If you have a payment gateway set up, any price difference will be refunded or charged automatically
- Select Confirm Changes
Day guest bookings cannot be edited by the hotel. For any day guest booking changes or issues editing a house guest booking, please reach out to concierge@resortpass.com with the requested changes and our team will assist you.
