How to edit a house guest reservation?

Most booking changes can be made in the partner portal for house guest bookings.


  1. Pull up the booking you would like to edit
  2. Select Edit Reservation
  3. If you have a payment gateway set up, any price difference will be refunded or charged automatically
  4. Select Confirm Changes


Day guest bookings cannot be edited by the hotel. For any day guest booking changes or issues editing a house guest booking, please reach out to concierge@resortpass.com with the requested changes and our team will assist you.
