This only applies to hotels using the ResortPass White Label feature.
All cancellations and changes for House Guest reservations are managed by the hotel.
To edit/cancel a House Guest reservation:
- Login to Partner Portal
- Navigate to Reservations
- Locate the reservation and click on the reservation to edit
- Click Edit or Cancel
If the date of the reservation is in the past, the hotel will need to submit a ticket for Refunds & Reservation Assistance and our customer support team will assist.
PAYMENT GATEWAY: If your property uses payment gateway to collect payment from your house guests (guests pay on your white label at the time of booking), then any cancelled reservation will be automatically refunded in full. Guests can expect to see the refund within 5-7 business days.
Note: The hotel can only manage House Guest reservations. All changes and cancellations for Day Guest reservations are handled by the ResortPass team.
