What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies are unique to each product and are dictated by the hotel at the time of onboarding. You can view your cancellation policies on your marketplace page. 


To change a cancellation window on an existing product, click here to submit a ticket for Changes to Existing Products. 


Guests can self-cancel for a full refund as long as they cancel within your cancellation time frame. The system will not allow a guest to self-cancel once the cancellation window has passed. Reservations that are cancelled will be indicated with a cancelled icon in the Partner Portal Reservations section. 





Tickets can be submitted by visiting the Partner Portal Help & Contact page.
