How do I cancel or change a Day Guest reservation?

All Day Guest reservations are handled by the ResortPass team. To approve a cancellation or change an existing day guest reservation, click here to submit a ticket for Refunds & Reservation Assistance. All change requests must include the Guest Name, Booking ID, and Reservation Date.  


Tickets can also be submitted through the Partner Portal Help & Contact page.
