Can I set an advance booking window?

Booking and Cancellation windows are managed by our team. To request a new booking or cancellation window, navigate to Help & Support in the Partner Portal and click on Product Changes to submit a ticket. A representative will reach out when this is complete. 


We have 3 booking window options available: 

  • Day of bookings allowed
  • 24 hours advanced booking required
  • 48 hours advanced booking required
