Booking notes make it easy to communicate with other staff members at your hotel as well as the ResortPass support team regarding guest requests, issues, refund approvals, and much more!
ResortPass customer support routinely checks notes for any hotel communication regarding bookings. If there is any pertinent information regarding a booking ResortPass should know and vice versa, a note can be added to the booking for ease of communication.
You can add a note to any booking by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to any guest booking where you would like to add a note from either the Dashboard or Reservations tab.
2. Click Details next to the booking.
3. Scroll down to add or view Reservation Notes.
4. Once a note has been added, it will be visible on the Details page of the booking.
