Email notifications make it easy to stay up to date on bookings, booking changes, cancellations, sold out dates, and payout reports. You can manage your email notifications and who receives them in the Partner Portal.
Note: You must be set up as an admin account in order to access email settings. If you do not have access and need to request access, please contact an admin at your hotel, your dedicated account manager, or ResortPass at am@resortpass.com for assistance.
To set up email notifications:
1. From the Settings dropdown, click Email Settings in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Click Add Recipient to add an email address.
3. Select which notifications you would like to receive, and click Save.
Note: The New Booking Notifications and Product Sold Out Notifications allow you to select specific products or all products. If you select all products, any new products added later on will automatically trigger an email to you.
4. To remove an email address once added, or edit the notifications or reports they receive, you can do so from the Email Settings screen.
