How do I set up our Accounts Receivable?

When a hotel goes live on ResortPass.com, the hotel’s accounting contact specified on the Onboarding Form will receive an email from Bill.com with instructions on how to set-up accounts receivable.


  • Domestic Hotels: Hotels will receive an email from Bill.com and will choose to receive payments via ACH or check.
  • International Hotels: Hotels will receive an email from either Bill.com (wire option) or to set up a Virtual Credit Card.
